    Description

    The Speedrite 900 Check Writer was manufactured by the Hall-Welter Company of Rochester, NY.  The check writer prints the amount in red ink while, at the same time, placing pin holes in the check to prevent alteration. The check writer comes with its own cover. With the exception of a few scratches, it does not appear that it was ever used.
